Our products are handcrafted from authentic repurposed glass bottles and other reclaimed materials. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in size, shape, color, markings, bubbles, and other minor imperfections are normal and are not considered defects. These characteristics contribute to the unique nature of each piece.

Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly from the images shown.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders affected by pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or suspected fraud.

Payment must be received in full before products are shipped.

Shipping

We make every effort to package products carefully to prevent damage during transit. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging. Failure to do so may affect our ability to process a claim.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Minor variations and imperfections resulting from the handmade process are not grounds for return or refund.

Candle Safety

Customers are responsible for following all candle safety instructions. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable materials, drafts, and heat sources.

We are not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use of our products.

Product Use

Our products are intended for lawful and appropriate use only. Customers assume all responsibility for the safe handling and use of purchased items.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, photographs, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of our company and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Our products are independently handcrafted from legally acquired bottles and are not manufactured, sponsored, endorsed, authorized, or affiliated with any bottle manufacturer, distillery, brewery, winery, or brand owner unless expressly stated otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
