Because each piece is individually cut, polished, and finished by hand, slight variations, bubbles, markings, and minor imperfections are to be expected and are considered part of the character and uniqueness of the product.

These natural variations are not defects but rather a reflection of the handmade process that makes every piece one-of-a-kind.

Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that handmade products may vary slightly in appearance from product photos and that minor imperfections are an expected part of the craftsmanship.
